Conferences

The Conferences Department plays a central role within the SDSA, creating a privileged space for exchange and reflection for all those passionate about diplomacy and international relations. Each semester, we organize two to three events open to the entire university community as well as the general public. These gatherings bring together students, experts, and professionals from the diplomatic world to discuss a variety of current and stimulating topics. Through our conferences, we aim to make diplomacy more accessible and engaging, offering the opportunity to interact directly with those who shape its challenges on a daily basis. Joining our department means actively participating in building these enriching exchanges, while developing essential skills: event organization, communication, teamwork, moderation, and coordination. It is also a unique opportunity to expand your professional network in a dynamic and inspiring environment.

As a final-year bachelor’s student in international relations, specializing in history, I am passionate about the world of diplomacy and geopolitics. It was this passion that led me to join the SDSA, eager to delve into this fascinating world and discover its inner workings. This experience has offered me much more than a simple academic immersion: it has allowed me to meet passionate minds, take on stimulating challenges, and bring ambitious projects to fruition.
Leading the Conferences Department represents a true adventure for me, both intellectually and personally. It is a unique opportunity to foster inspiring exchanges, build bridges between students and experts, and make diplomatic and geopolitical issues more accessible to everyone. Above all, I am fortunate to be able to rely on an exceptional, dynamic, and dedicated team, without whom no event would be so impactful.
My ambition is to make each conference a memorable experience, both educational and captivating.
